“It’s just a bad day not a bad life.”
When you have a bad day, accept it for what it is – just a bad day; not a year, let alone life. The quicker you come to realise this, the quicker you can move on and have better days. Don’t let one bad day obscure your view of your whole entire life and set it off down a self-perpetuating, negative course.
Another day may be a good day where everything goes right and you feel great. You even think to yourself why were you feeling so bad just the other day?
There will be good days and bad days. Let your good days serve as a reminder that you can be happy and have good days, and to continue doing what you are doing because when you are happy you know you are on the right path.
Keep going, keep working on yourself, keep striving towards your goals and you will make progress. The results may not come quickly but you’ll feel awesome once you get there that all those bad days you had won’t even matter. Big change takes small steps day in, day out.
Remember it’s just a bad day, not a bad life if you let it be. ˘◡˘
